CenterCare contributes a percentage of its income to Smile Train, a non-profit organization that provides cleft lip and palate surgeries for needing children in developing countries. This organization is exemplary among non-profits in that all of its income goes directly to providing services. All the directors work on a volunteer basis to ensure that the resources are conserved.
