Mahdiya Ahmed, DDS
Dr. Ahmed has always had a passion for healthcare and went on to pursue dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry. Inspired by her mentor, she discovered how rewarding it is to provide quality care to patients through meaningful interactions and strives to do this every day.
Also passionate about volunteering, Dr. Ahmed served as a Community Outreach Coordinator for a student organization at NYU, organizing oral health screenings at local churches, mosques, and soup kitchens. She received a Student Leadership and Service Award for creating a tutoring and mentoring program for refugee students.
Outside of work and volunteering you can find Dr. Ahmed exploring the great outdoors. As an avid hiker she is fond of discovering new trails to explore. She finds peace in nature and loves to go on road trips to discover new places.
